This shot-blasted steel part was in between a rinse tank and our 2846 Non Phosphate Conversion Coating tank when the line stopped for a color change. Can you tell which half already had the chemical coating applied and which did not?
This product will outperform an iron phosphate virtually every time. We have replaced our own chemistry due to its performance. It improves salt spray performance and allows customers to save on energy costs as well as water.
Our product is a no rinse product and is also CAT approved!!!
